Extruder Motor Rotation Indicator

<p>As if Prusa printers aren't already mesmerising enough to watch. By adding a Motor Rotation Indicator, you've got no reason to spend countless more hours watching it turn! Oh, well, that's what I do anyway! Love em!</p> <p>Here's my Hourglass inspired design and if you print it in the Prusa orange it looks amazing and really does complement the printer. It takes a few minutes to print and stops automatically at 92% for you to insert your 8mm x 3mm magnets and then it continues to close off the design. For full effectiveness, place one 8mm x 3mm magnet on the motor spindle and then just attach your hourglass for the perfect finish.</p> <p>I've included the gcode and stl files, as well as some photos during printing and the finished part. If you have a Prusa i3 Mk3S, then you can go straight for the gcode file.</p> <p>Happy printing and happy mesmerising.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>I would suggest that you clean the bed for adhesion and print with standard Prusa Slicer PLA settings for your PLA and colour.</p>
