I got inspired by another remix to adapt Cali Cat's head for the extruder motor shaft on my Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus. I cut off the body and drilled a hole in the back to fit snugly onto the extruder motor shaft. The hole is specifically designed for a 5mm shaft with a flat face, which made it fit perfectly on my printer. There was just enough resistance to ensure it wouldn't fall off.
