Extruder Modifications for MM2

The modified MM2 beta kit extruder parts include three items: a revamped filament guide, an extended handle, and a support plate for securing the hot end. Key improvements on the filament guide involve lowering the nipple box to align it with the support plate, moving the nipple forward, and angled top corner to allow better spring depression. The support plate now has a larger cutout for the hot end and tighter holes that match up with aluminum ones. A new handle was designed with a thumb cutout for easier spring actuation when changing filament. Print these parts at .25 layer, 50% infill, and 2 loops. Note that you need to remove a support from the bottom side of the filament guide before it fits properly, and a channel in the aluminum top arm requires filing for the filament. Although all parts are printed, the extruder hasn't been tested yet due to a RAMPS board fire incident.
