Extruder knob with finger spinner

Update 4 Nov 2019: Originally designed for Anycubic i3 Mega, but works perfectly on other printers featuring an extruder motor with a flat shaft, including Monoprice Select Mini v1 and v2, even those requiring press-fit installation. A chamfered opening reduces cleanup needs if your printer suffers from elephant's foot issues, common among mine. Inspired by another extruder knob on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3288299), which I created and used with success, but soon noticed the slow loading and unloading of filament due to a long PTFE tube when turning the wheel. To address this, I redesigned the component with a smaller center section, allowing for quicker spinning in of filament. One drawback is that this design necessitates supports, unlike its original counterpart which did not require any.
