Extruder Knob

I aimed to craft an innovative knob for the extruder of my Ender 3. I wasn't entirely confident that a 3D printed component would provide sufficient torque on the D-shaft of the stepper, so I attempted to create one with a makeshift set screw. This design was based on parts I had readily available at home, so it works best in conjunction with a #4-40 x 5/16" screw. Feel free to customize it to suit your specific hardware needs. After installation, everything is functioning seamlessly.
