Extruder Knob

I've redesigned the extruder knob with a tighter tolerance on the D-shaped cross-section, ensuring it won't strip out under stress. Additionally, I've duplicated this same cross-section at the top to future-proof the design, drawing inspiration from the proven dowel joint system. The numerous teeth provide superior grip when turning the knob, making it easier to operate.
