Extruder Idler Lever / Hebel Sidewinder X1 v4 2019/2020

My Idler Fails After Only Two Days of Printing. I've printed multiple models from Thingiverse, but none fit my extruder perfectly. It's possible that Artillery made changes to the latest version (X1 V4), which I purchased in January 2020. To fix this issue, I designed a new idler with more material at its weak points and improved stability on the stepper axis. I also created custom supports for easy removal. I printed it using NoName PLA with 100% infill and a 0.4mm nozzle, moving at a slower pace to achieve a smoother result. Now, my idler has been working perfectly for weeks. Try printing this design yourself, assembling it, and pushing the idler back - you'll feel great! Please share your experiences with me if you have any good or bad news. READ THE PRINTER SETTINGS CAREFULLY!
