Extruder holder Mendel
thingiverse
Human: I designed a reliable way to attach my extruder to my RepRapPro Mono Mendel, and this is the third 3D iteration of it - it works flawlessly and takes up virtually no space at all. Print Settings: Printer: RepRapPro Mono Mendel Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Notes: Print it with the flat side facing down and you won't need any supports; choose an infill level that makes you feel comfortable. Post-Printing: Secure it to the top bars using two zip ties in the grooves, then mount the extruder with two M3 screws and nuts. If you're using a standard copper mount for the Bowden tube, like RepRapPro's, just drill out the hole enough for it to fit through - I'm using a quick-connect coupler, which should screw right into the hole.
