Extruder for Planetary Gearbox (Modded Airtripper's)

thingiverse

This redesigned Airtripper's Extruder for NEMA 17 stepper with a planetary gearbox (21 mm hole spacing) features two attachment options: an M4 nut or an M5 pneumatic push-fit adapter. To assemble, print using PLA with a 0.5mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, and 100% fill. You'll need: 2x M3x6, 3x M3x25, 2x M3 nut, 2x M3 washer, 2x M3x45, and 2x spring or rubber diesel pipe (as per Airtripper's original). Note that this version doesn't have a support bearing due to the narrower hole spacing and 8mm gearbox shaft; a revision with a bearing will be uploaded soon. Updated: an M5 pneumatic push-fit adapter version is now available.
