Extruder for Geared Nema 17 Motor
thingiverse
I needed a compact extruder for a geared Nema 17 motor but couldn't find any that met my requirements, so I designed my own. It utilizes a 625RS bearing and has been performing flawlessly thus far. The extruder is specifically engineered for a 3mm filament bowden setup with a 10mm push fit connector. If anyone prints and uses it, please share some feedback on potential improvements or modifications. Additionally, if you need me to resize it for smaller filaments or fittings, just let me know and I'll make the necessary adjustments. I've updated the design to include versions compatible with 1.75mm filament. Print Settings: Printer: Kossel Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100 Notes: I printed one in PLA and it seems to be functioning well, but if I need to print another one in the future, I'll likely use PETG for added strength.
