Extruder for geared motor

thingiverse

This design, originally created by Josef Prusa, has been modified and adapted to use a specific type of hotend from eBay. As it is GPL licensed, the same license must be applied. The fixes implemented were reported on the Prusa3 GitHub page (https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3). To use this design, simply print it and attach your chosen hotend. The idler requires a 608 bearing, with a leftover 8mm studding shaft. M3 bolts with springs will secure the idler against the body, keeping the filament in place on the gear drive. The hotend is similar to this eBay listing: http://www.ebay.es/itm/2x-HotEnd-Fully-Assembled-and-Wired-FREE-Hobbed-Bolt-RepRap-3D-Printer-Hot-End-/281065376447?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3. Print instructions and attach your hotend, then enjoy the 3D printing experience!
