This is a custom extruder for printing flexible filament that comes with a built-in coupling. This eliminates the need for push fit couplings, which can be unreliable. I don't claim any credit for this design as it combines the work of two other individuals. To print this extruder, you'll need to add supports to the coupling part. A newer version of the design includes serrations inside the coupling to prevent the teflon tube from slipping out. While I haven't tested its effectiveness, the compression joint should be strong enough to handle it. The serrated version was printed in ABS for added strength. Alternatively, you can use the non-serrated model and insert an M4 bolt into the coupling to create a thread inside.
