A Customized Adapter for My Printer: A Remix of Raines' Original Design I needed to modify Raines' remix of MetisAdrastea's flex adapter to fit my printer perfectly, so I made some adjustments. The hole in the original design wasn't aligned with the hole in my extruder, which caused a problem. To fix this issue, I added a small extension that just fits the filament, allowing it to pass through and make contact with the filament guide, just like the heatbreak and nozzle do. This modification also allows for the use of PTFE tubing if you prefer that option.
