Extruder Filament Guider and Gap Filler Enables Printing of Flexible Filaments on Anet A8. Printing flexible filaments directly onto the Anet A8's extruder can cause issues as the filament escapes between the push gear and metal nozzle pipe due to a small empty space. This filler seals that gap between the gear, pressure wheel, and nozzle entrance, preventing filament escape. Using this filler with NinjaFlex is effortless, and it can be created using PLA which withstands heat from the extruder without degrading. The filler remains in place thanks to the nozzle pipe's slight elevation above the threaded mount. This download package includes an openScad script and STL file. You can optionally modify the script to create a filament filler for different extruder types or brands.
