Create a cooler for your 60mm fans with ease! Its simple design allows it to fit on any extruder. The fan's diameter is crucial, with options including "nozzle_fan" and "nozzle_fan_PrintrBot...". Print the base as intended for your printer, not as shown in Thingiverse previews. Ensure you print without support material, with a wall width of 2mm (2.5mm for PrintrBot versions). Assemble using 5 hinges, 1 base, 1 nozzle fan, 1 fan 60mm, and 4 screws or double-sided tape. Secure the fan with 3 M3 screws of at least 20mm length, along with 3 shims and nuts. With Slic3r and a standard 60x60mm fan, you can run up to 70% power while maintaining nozzle (ABS; 243°C) and bed (glass; 95°C) temperatures.
