After 250+ (Edit: It was only 60 but definitely felt like 250+) failed prints and countless hours removing stripped or clogged this was the solution. Stop extruder Heat Creep. Lulzbot Taz Pro prints without error now. 2x: Fans ( BFB04512VHD ) (Digikey $12ea) 8x :Screws (#4 x 1-1/4" trim off about 1mm) (Hardware Store $1 for all)
