Extruder Fan - radial blower design

This simple radial blower extruder fan design targets precise cooling at the nozzle area. It consists of a 50mm x 15mm, 12V DC model 5015S blower fan, an 80mm flexible duct cut from 10mm electrical conduit, and a 70mm heavy gauge copper wire (1.8mm thick). Attached are ABS printed parts and photos of the assembly on a Robo 3D printer. The components fit the blower outlet as an interference or can be glued/silicone-sealed. The fan screws tightly to the extruder stepper motor's unused hole, adjustable up/down. Adjust duct length and copper wire angle for focused cooling. A rubber washer prevents unwanted movement; no other mods are needed, except running wires back through the loom to Ramps terminals. Optional: add a fan switch for control.
