Extruder fan deflector + Adjustable cooling fan bracket for TEVO TORNADO
thingiverse
This modification allows complete removal of the original "blowing" fan deflector and its replacement with a "sucking" fan deflector. Indeed, it sucks. Anyone who prints with ABS knows that any uncontrolled air flow on the piece leads to problems. To prevent this, I usually reverse the blowing fan to draw air through the heatsink fins instead of pushing it towards the printed part. The result is a consistently steady temperature in the printing area. You will need to lower the extruder temperature (I had to decrease mine from 250°C to 220°C on my TEVO Tornado). The adjustable component is for the additional fan, which still blows air towards the printed part when needed. By the way, if you're curious about what a sucking fan does, it's simply a reversed blowing fan.
