Extruder extend plate for Ender-3

This is the extending plate for the Ender-3 extruder, which comes with an added fan holder. I print all these parts using ABS plastic, but PLA only works if you have the additional fan installed, so far as I've tested it. After upgrading to this plate, the filament will never touch the Z rod again, ever. You'll also have space for an additional fan that can keep the extruder cool, preventing jams when printing with PLA and using an enclosure.
