Extruder Exhaust Fan for Overlord Pro

This enclosure really makes a huge difference. The extruder motor is at room temperature even after several hours of printing. Now I can finally print with PLA without any issues, which was always a problem for me because the heat from the stepper would soften the PLA and cause it to stop extruding. This enclosure fits 50mm fans that are 10 or 15mm thick perfectly, and I run it as an exhaust fan to pull air over the stepper and out the top. There's also a fan connection on my motherboard that works for this purpose, so make sure to get a 24vdc fan. I'm super excited now that I can finally print with PLA! If anyone knows how to adjust the fan speed for this specific fan port, please share your knowledge - it would be really helpful. My plan is to find some automotive paint that matches my OLP and make my enclosure look factory-fresh. I hope this information helps someone else out too!
