I've got this excellent Extruder Drive Gear right here that works incredibly well! I successfully created a CAD model of it in 3D (OBJ) format. Details are as follows: the gear has a diameter of 12mm, stands at a length of 13.5mm and boasts a bore of 5mm. An M3 x 4 hollow-lock socket set screw securely holds it together. This gear is perfectly suitable for working with both 1.75mm and 3mm diameter materials.
