Modified versions of the Original Prusa MK3 Extruder for the CrusaXY HB1 are available. Updates with additional purchased BOM, pictures, and printing instructions will be provided soon. For more information on the CrusaXY HB1, visit https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3705247 The motor gearing is set at 3:1 using chevron gears and slots for square nuts in the gears, both of which have a 5mm shaft. Printed Part lists and descriptions are as follows: * Extruder-Body (R3) Bowden V6: This part uses the e3D V6 extruder with a bowden collet (removable threaded pneumatic coupling). It is recommended for use on the CrusaXY HB1 First Extruder. * Extruder-Body (R3) Two-Way Fan: This part allows for heatsink cooling fans to be mounted on both sides of the heatsink, using the Original Prusa i3 V6 heatsink with integrated collet. It is recommended for use on either extruder body. * Extruder-Body (R3) Two-Way Fan Mirrored: This part is identical to the previous one, but with idler bolts facing in the opposite direction. It is recommended for use on the CrusaXY HB1 Second Extruder. * Extruder-Body (R3) Two-Way Fan and Bowden V6: This part combines the features of the previous two parts, allowing for heatsink cooling fans to be mounted on both sides of the heatsink while using the e3D V6 extruder with bowden collet. It is recommended for use on either extruder body. * Extruder-Body (R3) Two-Way Fan and Bowden V6 Mirrored: This part is identical to the previous one, but with idler bolts facing in the opposite direction. It is recommended for use on the CrusaXY HB1 Second Extruder. * Extruder-Cover (R3) Two-Way Fan: This part covers the corresponding body. * Extruder-Cover (R3) Two-Way Fan Mirrored: This part covers the mirrored version of the corresponding body. * Filament Sensor Cover Reverse Bowden: This part features an integrated filament sensor with threads for PC4-M10 pneumatic coupling. It is recommended for use on the CrusaXY HB1 First Extruder. * Filament Sensor Cover Reverse Bowden Mirrored: This part is identical to the previous one, but mirrored for corresponding body and filament path. It is recommended for use on the CrusaXY HB1 Second Extruder. * Filament Sensor Cover Reverse Bowden Cut Shorter: This part features an integrated filament sensor with threads for PC4-M10 pneumatic coupling and a shorter cut. It is recommended for use on the CrusaXY HB1 First Extruder. * Filament Sensor Cover Reverse Bowden Cut Shorter Mirrored: This part is identical to the previous one, but mirrored for corresponding body and filament path. It is recommended for use on the CrusaXY HB1 Second Extruder. * Motor Mount for Gearing: This part provides a mounting plate for motor relocation and geared drive shaft support. It is recommended for use on the CrusaXY HB1 First Extruder. * Motor Mount for Gearing Mirrored: This part provides a mounting plate for motor relocation and geared drive shaft support, identical to the previous one but mirrored. It is recommended for use on the CrusaXY HB1 Second Extruder. * V Slot Gear V1.2LFT EXTRUDER: This part features a chevron gear for the motor (driving gear) with 1 tooth on the left side. * V Slot Gear V1.2RGT EXTRUDER: This part features a chevron gear for the drive shaft (driven gear) with 3 teeth on the right side. * Not Included but Needed: The Original Prusa MK3 Extruder idler (R2 or R3) and nozzle fan for print part cooling are not included in this package.
