prusaprinters

I wanted to make the fan shroud to cool off the motor of in the extruder of MK3S+. It is pretty hot during summer here. The original Extruder Cooling Fan Duct works great with stock extruder fanshroud. Because I wanted to make it work with Delta-P fan duct V2-R2 for MK3S(+) extruder mod, I create the remix with part of the air flow cut-out to fit the Delta-P fan duct.

Works with 40 x 40 mm fan. I connect the additional fan in parallel with the side extruder fan (5V). I was using a 12V fan, but it works fine with 5V input, a little weak though.

Print Setting

Filament: PETG

Support: No

Raft: No

Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Layer Height: 0.3 mm
