We understand that for ABS printing, it's typically advised to disable the cooling fan on the slicer. However, when turning off this fan on Ender 3 and 5 models, we also shut down the electronics fan, which poses a significant risk. To mitigate this hazard, I created this component so that fans remain active while deflecting wind from the two hotend fans, taking into account the main fan's interference with ABS use. This design prevents the need to physically alter electrical wires to keep the electronics fan operational, as some users have demonstrated in online videos. Tested on Ender 5 and expected to work on Ender 3. Remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3255518, this piece is ideal for enhancing ventilation, particularly when printing with PLA. I highly recommend using ABS or PETG materials and achieving 100% infill density. Due to the component's proximity to the hotend, careful consideration is necessary. v1 v2 v3 - Compact and improved (Remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2726365), suitable for ABS and PLA printing, although electronics fan safety remains a concern.)
