Extruder Calibration Tool
thingiverse
Wanted a simpler way to measure and mark filament for e-step calibration on my printer. Works great for people with shaky hands. To get started without removing filament from the printer, feed the end of the filament into the groove running down its center. Use a marker to mark at each cross-groove, yielding a marked filament perfect for extrusion testing at 100, 110, 120, or 130mm. For more information on calibration, check out our in-depth guide [here](https://letsprint3d.net/how-to-calibrate-the-extruder-steps-ender-3-5-cr-10/). Keep in mind that you should double-check the distances between cross-grooves to ensure your printer's x/y calibration is spot on. If it's way off, take care of that issue first.
