Extruder cable retainer for Anet A8 Plus and similar

The layout of the extruder wiring, causes this wiring to shift to the left on the way up; eventually interfering between the X carriage and the home position switch. This situation causes the extruder position to be wrong in height. As a better solution, I thought it would be a good idea to create a clamping bracket, which in turn would not make it difficult to replace the cable for when the time comes. This design solves the problem, without blocking the cable and without having to remove this part.
