Extruder+ Arm Reinforced The Discoeasy 200's Extruder+ arm suffers from a slight weakness due to its shape and the reuse of a spring that is probably too strong from the previous version. Adding the recent heat waves, the arm deforms and fails to provide sufficient pressure to properly draw the filament. The arm has been modified to introduce two pieces of 2.5mm diameter x 42mm long piano wire to reinforce the weak area. To secure these two piano wires, use contact adhesive or plug the openings with a 3D pen. It is also recommended to remove the filament from the extruder when not in use to prevent premature wear on the arm. Materials: - 2 pieces of piano wire, 2.5mm x 42mm
