I modified CastroSATT's Artillery Extruder Brace to add a simple and easily removable filament cleaner that gets the job done with ease. I carefully wrap a piece of optical grade microfiber cloth around the filament and let it sit snugly in the groove, making cleanup a breeze. If you prefer to use a sponge or just want a lid, Sgt. Taz has provided a variant he remixed from this one and a design from Craleu87 that's sure to meet your needs. July 19th, 2020: I added a MkIII variant that should fit the microfiber cloth a bit better, making it an even more effective solution for filament cleanup.
