Extruder Arm with Handle

I had been searching for a high-quality extruder and found an excellent design by schlotzz posted on March 19, 2014. To facilitate easy handling of the idler arm, I built a custom-made handle. After reviewing several comments on the thread, I came across a request from someone asking about adding a handgrip to their idler. Since it matched my needs as well, I chose to upload this design modification for everyone's benefit.
