Extrude-Transform Polygons: Rose-Knot

The extruded module has been improved to allow slices not to be confined to the X-Y plane, but instead aligned with the curve of the extrusion. Additionally, the demo object's shape was diversified from a simple sinusoidal pattern to a more complex parabolic one, resembling a rose or knot. To view the 3D image, a mild anaglyph was created, which can be appreciated with or without blue/red glasses. However, OpenSCAD crashes when rendering this particular shape, but no issues were encountered when using a linear function instead of a parabolic one. The STL file and anaglyph of the results are available on GitHub in the "ExtrudePolygon" repository.
