Extremly compact tilt camera holder
thingiverse
This is a simple camera holder that requires just a piece of wire and a small 9g servo to get started, making it an easy DIY project. I've mounted mine on my racecopter and combined it with forward/backward movements so it adjusts automatically while flying, allowing me to avoid seeing only the ground when moving forward. To assemble it, you should activate support for the sides in the upper part of the print. I recommend printing it with some infill to give it extra stability. To put everything together, simply click the upper part onto the lower part, and you're good to go - no screws or glue required, just a straightforward print and assemble process. I'd love to see how others have made this camera holder; feel free to share your creations! Printer Settings: Printer: Makerfarm i3V Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 30 - 100 as you like (choose your preferred level of infill) Notes: You'll only need support on the upper part for the sides, but it's necessary to prevent it from standing too tall.
