Here are the goals of my printer design: Build Area 210x210x230 130 mm/s speed (at least) Two sizes of extruded 2020 (320mm and 220mm) Sturdy Frame Easy to assemble Easily scalable Small Bill of materials Single Belt V8 extruder Here is a basic parts list: Ramps kit with 6x Nema17 and Smart Discount Full Graphic Controller 60cm cable for the Smart Discount Full Graphic Controller 10 x 10mm x 320mm Length Smooth Rod 3 x 10mm x 320mm Length Leadscrews with nut 3 x 5mm to 10mm flex coupling 15 x 320mm 2020 T-slot or V-slot (Will need to be Tapped to M8 on each end) 5 x 220mm 2020 T-slot or V-slot (Will need to be Tapped to M8 on each end) 20 x LM10UU bearings 3 x 608zz bearings Bowden extruder Kit (right hand) MK2a heated bed with alum build surface (can be used with glass, Z endstops must be used) E3D V8 or V8 Lite 12v with bowden addon 4ft of PTFE Tubing 12v 40a Power supply 3x endstop switches (DM1-01P-30-3) (or 6x for use without a probe) LJ12A3-4-Z/AX US Proximity Sensor (6 to 36V) 2.5 Meter GT2 Belt 3 x GT2 Timing Belt Pulley 10mm Width 5mm Bore 20T 15 x F623ZZ (to make 7 idler pulleys) Hardware: 75 x M4x10 Bolts 75 x M4 T-slot Nut 45 x M8x30 Bolts 6 x M2 x 18 + nuts (For endstops) 3d printer bed spring kit (6 x M3x50mm + 6 x Spring + 6 x Thumbscrew/Knob ) Other assorted M3 nuts and bolts required.
