When my bathroom extractor vent suddenly detached, I caught a glimpse of it - just a cut up wall vent - which prompted me to design a custom one tailored specifically for my bathroom extractor. This custom design is optimized to fit snugly into a standard 70mm hole and proved to be an exact match for my fascia board, a perfect fit if I do say so myself. As a courtesy, I've made the design files available for modification at will. To ensure stability, I opted to print it at a reduced scale of 40% which resulted in a rigid structure that's more than capable of withstanding regular use. Next, I applied a bead of silicon glue to secure the vent firmly onto my fascia board.
