Extractor para motores PAP/Extractor for PAP motor
thingiverse
This is an extractor used for NEMA 17 or smaller motors. For NEMA 23, you need to enlarge the dimensions. It's a simple idea generated from common household materials, so many size variants can be created. The goal is to have a small tool to remove gears from recycled motors. Materials needed: 1x M5X25 screw 2x 6mm x 60mm rod 8x M6 nut A plank that's at least 3mm thick For manufacturing: 1 We make three holes, one on each edge of the first two planks and another on the third plank. The hole should be about 6mm to 10mm from the edge. 2 We create a third hole in two of the planks using a drill bit that's around 4.2mm in diameter. This will allow us to create an internal thread later on. 3 Next, we make another hole in the center of the third plank and cut it all the way through until we reach one side. 4 Begin assembling all the parts carefully, making sure they're aligned properly. 5 Now you can start recycling engines!
