To avoid removing spools from the replicator, try using the spool holder found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:20710. This design could hold six or more spools; however, it's a bit blocky and unrefined as it was created in a hurry to print another color quickly. Before attaching pieces, ensure proper orientation to prevent frustration due to tight fit. In some cases, using a sharp metal object on corners may help.
