In the goal to make my carriage lighter I designed this Extra Light Weight Cooling Duct. So far I printed it in PLA+ and it's totally fine PLA shoudl work too. The hotend cooling fan adaptor makes it easy to acces the hotend. You can just pull it out and push it back in. Print at 25% to 100% with support "touching build plate only. Print and use the height adjusment tool. Note: You need a 3010 fan. A 4010 fan adaptor could be designed. Proceed to hotend PID setting after installing the new hotend cooling fan. For me this as been working as well as my dual 5015 fan shroud and it's hot where I live. Cr_touch: Pre-insert each screws to make a thread in the plastic then assemble. Attn: Don't tight up the screws too much. Use M3 bolts to attach the right side of the shroud to the plate. A nut and washer go at the back of the plate. Attn: Use a crew that is not too long otherwise it will touch the frame.
