Scientists are creating a vivid image of what the massive South Walker Creek kangaroo might have resembled in life. Paleontologists continue to carefully assemble the skeletal remains from fossils discovered, painstakingly piecing together the puzzle. Here you can observe the fossil tibia next to the actual shin bone of the kangaroo for comparison purposes. A 1-meter scale bar is provided to give a sense of just how enormous this giant kangaroo was. 3D Visualization. Zbrush Software. Authors: Konstantinov, V., Atuchin, A., & Hocknull, S. (2013).
