Two sturdy racks securely hold a substantial spool, boasting a diameter of up to 200mm and a width of 80mm, allowing for smooth rotation via a central shaft mounted on a high-performance zz809 ball bearing, measuring 22mm in outer diameter, 8mm in inner hole diameter, and 7m in width. The central shaft is expertly assembled from a 6mm rod, two precision ball bearings, two robust bearing holders/covers, one central shaft spacer, a small amount of adhesive tape on the rod, and a few drops of super glue to securely fasten all components together. The racks are precisely positioned atop the printer and firmly secured using double-sided tape, effectively lifting the top cover via four corner spacers. A convenient filament guide with a hole is situated between the racks. To securely attach the spool to the central shaft, two spacers/adapters are utilized, which are fixed in place by friction due to their tight fit. The provided STL files contain compatible spacers that work seamlessly with 1KG Bestfilament spools measuring 200mm in diameter, 70mm in width, and 50mm in inner hole diameter.
