External Enclosure for A8 Mainboard and 2x mosfet board
thingiverse
I've created this design using a model generated from my project box template file https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2654676. This model is designed to house the Anet V1.0 mainboard and two standard Mosfet boards, intended for fitting into an enclosure's side panel. The Mosfet boards should be positioned exactly as shown. Key Features A top hole provides access to the Anet V1.0 Board USB Port and Micro SD slot. Bottom holes allow power cables to enter the case, aligning with the main board's power input and the Mosfets' power inputs. Interior holes enable cable feeding through from the printer enclosure's inside to the relevant points on the main board. Mounting posts secure the above-mentioned boards in place. Screw positions for the case lid ensure a solid fit. Four M3 holes mount the box securely to the side of your enclosure. The Lid features a mounting position for an 80mm fan above the main board and slots below to enhance airflow. Required Materials M3 screws - around 10mm long (4) for the case lid, and around 8mm long (12) for mounting the boards. Screws suitable for the fan you intend to mount. Updates - 18/11/2017 Modified corner handling: corners are now correctly positioned, with a positional error corrected, resulting in a 0.5mm offset in both horizontal axes for the corner detail. Corners have been rounded to ensure alignment with box edges. Screw hole positioning for the lid has been modified to allow access to all screw holes for securing boards. Relevant changes have been mirrored in the generic project box template.
