This exterior railing style is typically found on residential or commercial properties. The style features a decorative top rail, 2.5x2.5 mid rails, 4x4 posts topped with lighted caps, and 1.5x1.5 balusters. A maximum height of 36 inches above floor level defines the top rail's position. Posts are spaced up to 8 feet apart on center. Balusters are separated by 4 units each. This railing was created using AutoCad Architecture 2017 as a railing style. As such, many customizable settings can be accessed and adjusted via the style editor. After importing the railing object into 3ds Max 2017, V-Ray Next 2.1 was used to render previews of the style. In AutoCad, no materials were assigned to the rail style. In contrast, 3ds Max contains materials and textures visible in the preview that can be found within a .zip file.
