This model, initially designed in 3ds Max, serves as an alternative to the previous creation named EASTERN HOUSE (viewable in my portfolio). It showcases the exterior design of an authentic oriental dwelling, meticulously crafted to exemplify Eastern housing styles and cultural nuances. The file contains all displayed elements such as greenery, furniture, lighting fixtures, decorations, etc., along with lights, cameras, and settings for immediate rendering. All materials and textures are included in the original MAX format. The model is also accessible in FBX, 3DS, DAE, U3D, SKP, and OBJ formats.
