Extension tubes for c-mount lenses customizer

An openSCAD script is used to create extension tubes suitable for c-mount lenses. It ensures accurate dimensions, even when printed using low-resolution printers (0.3 mm). The lenses should easily thread into the tube without requiring printed threads. Recent updates have fine-tuned the measurements to ensure a perfect fit on the lens and within the c-mount without forcing; however, user feedback is appreciated to further enhance the design, including adding a slider for adjusting tolerances if necessary.
