Some individuals place these items between ladders, but I don't find it secure enough. Saw horses are a better option. My parents possess a 6-foot collapsible one that uses 2x4s; however, mine is even more robust with a 3/4" threaded rod through the end holes and 1/4" bolts in the strap holes for added stability. It appears I'm using this site increasingly as a storage space for my projects to refer back to later.
