Extension for a Battery Rack
prusaprinters
After extension of a PylonTech US5000 to my 3 US3000C the rack was exhausted in regard to height. So I needed to rework heavily on my rack. I did not want to buy a next one as I already put a lot of labour into the production of the acryl door.I designed these extensions with TinkerCad. Divided the extensions for print size (2x250mm/each). Built in some male-female connection and glued it in. Cut outs are for not jamming the DC-cables. Screwed the extensions laterally to the origin top plate and used 3M VHB for attaching to the lateral plates. It is now ready, and looks good for me. I like the Beatles song: “Here comes the sun”Extensions printed in PETG on my Voron 2.4 (350).Explore my other Printables: https://www.printables.com/de/@Tritschi
