Extension for 32mm router hole drilling jig for cabinet walls
thingiverse
This is an extension for the following tool: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3176602 It helps to create the rows of holes quickly and accurately over the entire cabinet wall with a spacing of 32mm. Once you have drilled the first holes with the original template, you can use this extension to continue in the 32mm grid. Unfortunately, this is not possible with the original template. Here the first hole will have a spacing of 37mm and then it continues only with 32mm. With the extension you keep a distance of 32mm throughout. Depending on the direction from which you start, there are 2 variants. Left and Right. Coming from the Left side and moving the Jig to the right side, you will have to use the "left" variant. Drilling from right to left, you will need the "right" extension. How to use it: - First use the original part as descriped in the desicription of the part. - when you have drilled the first 5 holes, place the extension in the second last hole and the hole before that. The last hole will be coverd from the original jig. (The picture I attached is one hole to far right) Then you push the original jig into the notch of the extension and clamp it. Now remove the extension and drill new holes.
