Extension Ducting for a Delonghi Portable Air Con
thingiverse
I had to slightly lengthen the supplied hot air exhaust duct for my portable Delonghi Air Conditioner so it would fit inside my home "office". It's designed to slide into place between the provided sliding window blanking plate and the original flexible duct. I've come up with a few different components that allow for flexibility if you decide to put them together. You'll need to glue these pieces together, as I used a 3D pen with the same color filament during an experiment (it was hot enough to extrude out PETG) and it worked so far. You can also use good epoxy otherwise. This print is fairly wide, measuring around 210mm, which my Prusa bed accommodated without any issues. If you choose to use the Window Ledge support, you might need to adjust its height, which can be done in your slicer using the cut function. (Update 9th Dec 2019) - I've just published some couplers for joining the 130mm flexible pipe on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4032896 .
