This extension cord end clip is a handy replacement for a "Tower of Power" extension cord reel's original clip that I lost years ago, and it works better than expected. It can likely be used with other extension cord reels and could easily be modified if needed. As my first object to print, it was also created in AutoDesk 123D Design - getting the sketch template started was frustrating, but I eventually got enough sketch shapes into place to extrude the profile I needed.
