Extensible Straps

Extensible Straps

I'm creating a mask project that requires a head brace, so I designed these myself. They're meant to be printed very thinly (STLs are set at .7mm) to allow for flexibility. Since ABS offers greater flexibility than PLA, I chose to use it - your mileage with PLA may differ. The cap is 5.5mm thick and the nubs are 5mm high. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao i3 Rafts: None Supports: No Resolution: .2 with the first layer at .3mm Infill: 20% with .8mm walls How I Designed This Design I designed this fully in OnShape. It's part of an ongoing project, and once it's complete, I'll make these strap designs public for others to modify as they see fit.
