This stool is designed specifically for the TenkaizuBudokai 4th Stool Contest at Hidakuma Akimatsuri 2015. It features a unique extendable design that can be expanded to both left and right sides by pulling on it. Instructions for construction include: Making it through 3D printing. Cutting MDF boards using a laser cutting machine. Assembling all the necessary components together. Materials required: PLA for the build, MDF2.5mm boards measuring 1820×910mm, with two sheets available. Dimensions of the finished stool are: W85-500, H300, and D300. Tools needed: A 3D printer, such as the Makerbot Replicator 5th generation model, A laser cutting machine like the Trotec speedy 300. Software utilized for this project includes: Rhinoceros Grasshopper Python programming language Adobe Illustrator.
