This simple chainmail design features square links and straight bridges for easy printing. A single print fills the entire Replicator build platform, taking only over an hour to complete. The open links along two edges allow for extension by attaching other chainmail pieces. To print, use ditto-mode if available, adjusting settings as necessary for different nozzle spacing. However, avoid excessively thick layers to prevent solid plates. Slice with MakerWare medium defaults (3 shells and 0.25mm layers), ensuring level platform and proper first layer adhesion. Print with PLA on cold blue tape over kapton for optimal results.
